How far in advance, do I need to schedule a site inspection / testing?
For most projects, FIVE days in advance will get you scheduled for the day you're requesting. However, ELP, LLC recommends completing ELP, LLC's Title 24 Acceptance Testing Request Form two weeks prior.
How long will the site Title 24 inspection / Title 24 testing take?
Average inspection time is about two to three hours, depending on the actual size of your project.
Will I need to be onsite, during the Title 24 inspection / Title 24 testing?
Yes, it is recommended that you have a company representative on site during the inspection. However; if you cannot be onsite, we'll need the following:
- site access.
- the stamped set of drawings.
- the permit for the project.
If there are any needed corrections, we will provide them to you via email.

ELP, LLC will need the stamped (full set) of drawings and your electrical permit information in order to complete the acceptance testing inspection.

For Title 24 Acceptance Testing in Los Angeles and all of California, we can typically deliver the report to you within one business day of the site inspection. This timeline does depend on the size of the project, though, barring any corrections and a re-inspection.

ELP, LLC's pricing; is based on the quantity of lighting control devices, the number of tests requested, and the required forms needed in the acceptance testing report.
When is payment due?
Payment in full; is due to our inspector at the time of the scheduled, Title 24 Acceptance Testing.
